Acceptable use
Xentr is licensed for use within your manufacturing operation. You may not resell access, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service to ingest data you do not have rights to.
Service availability
Xentr targets 99.9% uptime for the API and product UI on Growth and Enterprise tiers, measured monthly. Edge connectivity depends on your own network. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via the in-product banner.
Customer data
Your production telemetry and configuration belong to you. We process it on your behalf to operate the service. On termination we provide a 90-day window for data export before deletion.
Limitation of liability
Xentr's liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee that the service will detect every quality deviation, downtime event, or production anomaly — operators remain responsible for production decisions.
Changes
These terms will be replaced by a customer agreement signed at the point of subscription. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance.
