Cloud MES
See every machine.
Run every order.
Live machine status, drag-and-drop scheduling and OEE built from QA-verified parts — one system, running on your floor in days. No servers to rack, no platform team to hire.

Your floor.
In plain sight.
Every machine streams its state — running, idle, alarm — straight to the browser. The wallboard on the wall and the phone in a pocket see the same live truth.

Sample shift · the four numbers Xentr computes for every machine
Platform
One system.
Three jobs.
Monitoring tools stop at the chart. Xentr runs the work itself — what each machine is making, for which order, at what pace and quality.
See
Every machine, live
Machine state streams straight to the browser — no refresh, no walking the floor to check.
- Live machine tiles for the whole fleet
- Wallboard TV mode for the floor
- Machine cockpit: actual pace vs rated
- Alerts when telemetry drops

Deployment
On your machines in days.
New CNCs or thirty-year-old presses — if it has power, Xentr can watch it.
01
Wire it
A FANUC CNC connects natively over FOCAS. Anything else — any brand, any age — takes a stack-light retrofit of about an hour per machine. No PLC project.
02
Stream it
Machine state lands in Xentr over MQTT. CNC fleets get a small edge box that buffers through network drops and keeps itself updated with signed over-the-air releases.
03
See it
Tiles go live in the browser the same day the hardware goes in. OEE starts accruing from the first shift — no historical backfill required.

Floor app
An app in the operator’s pocket
Technicians claim their machines for the shift, start and finish runs, and log pause reasons from a phone. Taps queue up offline and replay safely when the WiFi comes back.
Wallboard
A wallboard on every wall
Put it on any screen with a browser and the whole floor sees who’s running, who’s down and what’s behind — no signage software, no licenses, readable from across the bay.
Copilot · Beta
A copilot for the daily questions
Ask the questions planners ask every day — what’s behind, what’s down, what’s waiting on QA — and get answers from live data. Actions propose first, execute only after you confirm, and land in the audit log.
Engineering changes with approval flow
Audit trail on every action
Role-based access for every floor job
Signed over-the-air edge updates

Questions
Plain answers.
What is Xentr?
A cloud MES — machine monitoring and production execution in one. Machines stream their state in live; orders, scheduling, quality and reports run on that same data.
How is it different from ERP or SCADA?
It sits between them. Your ERP knows the order book and SCADA knows the signals — Xentr runs the floor: who is making what, on which machine, how fast, at what quality. It complements both. What it replaces is the whiteboard and the spreadsheet.
Which machines can it connect?
FANUC CNCs connect natively over FOCAS. Any other machine — any brand, any age — takes a stack-light retrofit: about an hour of installation per machine, streaming the same day. Modern equipment that already speaks MQTT plugs straight in.
How long until we see numbers?
First machines stream the same day the hardware goes in, and floors have gone live within a week of install. OEE accrues from the first shift — no historical data migration needed.
